With the RushCare Service Connect online portal, you can receive real-time status updates on your vehicles, and enjoy complete transparency into your service events.  This means you’ll know exactly what’s going on with your vehicles the moment it happens.  If your truck is in diagnostics, you’ll know it. If a part is on backorder, you’ll know it.  When we know the status of your repair, you will too.


Two-way communication for improved efficiency.

Through the two-way communication feature, you can communicate directly with your service writer, technician and service manager. You can request new service, review and approve repair orders, ask questions and provide feedback instantly. You can also add and receive attachments including estimates, purchase orders, forms and photos. And to further increase efficiency, you can receive email notifications and sort data using advanced filtering options. The system also features repair status that incorporates the TMC vehicle maintenance record standards (VMRS) with visual indicators for at-a-glance status identification.


Integration capabilities to meet your needs.

The system integrates with both third-party and customer service event management systems so you can access the data in whichever way is most convenient for you.  We have existing integrations with Decisiv® and Navistar OnCommand™ Repair Advocate.  And we’ve also developed an application programming interface (API) so larger customers can easily access RushCare Service Connect data through their own systems.
